Spaghetti with Roasted Squash and Broad Bean and Feta Pesto

Tonight’s tea made with pesto from available things I found around the kitchen! If you like experimental pesto I’ll put the recipe on the blog!

      Glad you liked it! I think from memory the pesto was roughly; 100g cashew nuts, 1 block feta, 100g frozen broad beans (defrosted), 3 tbs olive oil, salt & pepper. Whizz all of them up in the food processor until smooth, and then add to pasta or just have on hot toast! Paul
